Fire-roasted Jalapenos and tomatillos gourmet, all-natural hot sauce with a lot of garlic. It has a bright acidic flavor that goes great on eggs, grilled fish, shrimp or chicken, makes great guacamole, just add avocado and a dash of salt. Also, use as a marinade with olive oil and seasonings for chicken or flank steak, then grill. Makes a very flavorful mild wing sauce, just mix with melted butter and toss your cooked wings in it. Whisk with olive oil for a tasty vinaigrette salad dressing.
