We've ordered from HLPP multiple times and we have never been disappointed!! Their products are great; one time after ordering, Zach or Zak, responded via email telling us they were behind and apologized for the late delivery. It wasn't a big deal to me because I always buy their products for my husband way in advance but I thought it was great customer service for them to reach out via personal email vs. on a company website...it spoke volumes.
