SHIPPING POLICY

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

 

Hot Line Pepper Products offers FREE standard shipping on every order shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

 

Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee at checkout)

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Hot Line Pepper Products is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been handed off.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

 

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@hotlinepepperproducts.com.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@hotlinepepperproducts.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund your order at no charge.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring a signature.
